大林蒲：遷村進行式？Dalingpu

1985年行政院核定紅毛港遷村計畫，直至2007年才完成遷村。2011年開始，大林蒲及鳳鼻頭地區居民也有意願遷村，2019年行政院核定經濟部提案之「全國循環專區試點暨新材料循環產業園區申請設置計畫」，同時納入大林蒲遷村計畫，然而遷村所引發的社區崩解、在地居民的財產權、無力負擔新住房的居住問題等彼此糾纏，至今仍未完成遷村工作。

In 1985, the relocation project of Hongmaogang was approved by the Executive Yuan, but not until 2007 had the village been relocated. In 2011,  residents in the Dalinpu and Fengbitou areas had also expressed their willingness to relocate. In 2019, the "National Circular Zone Pilot and New Material Recycling Industrial Park Establishment Plan”, approved by  the Ministry of Economic Affairs, had put the relocation plan for Dalinpu in inclusion. However, the relocation process has caused community disintegration, disputes over local residents' property rights, and the issue of residents being unable to afford new housing. As a result, the relocation work remains unfinished to this day.
